Designing a luxurious Balearic retreat was one of Spinocchia Freund’s most exciting projects of 2014. Taking 18 months from conception to completion, it resulted in a palatial holiday villa – the perfect setting for the family’s plentiful visitors.
Set over four hectares, the majestic property boasts a meditation and spa complex, two reception rooms, two kitchens, a wine cellar display unit, an indoor children’s play area, an oxygenating ‘green’ wall, an expansive pool area, and a children’s garden modelled on Tim Burton’s Alice in Wonderland. Our team worked closely with local landscapers to maintain the lush surrounds and preserve original features, including an ancient well and an 80-year-old orangery.
